Welcome to Sistership Circle, where women gather in a sacred and safe space to foster deep connections in an environment of support and understanding. Through modalities such as movement, chanting, journaling and open sharing we activate the medicine of the circle receiving the exact messages that we are there to receive.
These circles are offered monthly at Awakening Heart Sangha Studio, 3 Emilio Zapata, Ajijic
by certified Sistership Circle facilitator, Kathleen Spaulding.
Circles are always the third Monday of each month from 3pm – 5pm
